covid 19

Covid-19 has affected New Zealand in a few ways. That is why we are in lock down. Covid-19 is a little virus similar to the flu only more harmful to some. You can not see it if you walk in it. It is contagious and can be passed on from human to human and possibly by touching something that a person who has covid-19 touched. You must try to avoid touching your nose, your eyes and your mouth.         
So far New Zealand has 1124 confirmed cases in New Zealand, 1214 recovered cases and 19 deaths. The best treatment NZ has to fight Covid-19 is to stay home and stay safe, wash our hands always and try to keep a safe distance from everyone not in our bubble when leaving our home.
NZ is currently in Level 3 lockdown as of 11:59pm Monday Night. What I have seen in the news since being in lockdown Level 4 for 5 weeks is that everyone was lining up for miles at fast food restaurant drive thru’s for the food they have not been able to have for those 5 weeks.
It is mainly through the droplets produced when an infected person speaks,coughs or sneezes. These droplets can land in someone's mouth or noses of people who are nearby. These droplets are too heavy to travel far in the air; they only travel 1 metre and quickly settle on surfaces. When you cough, do the dab and cough in your elbow or use a tissue the effective way to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus is to clean your hands frequently with an alcohol based hand rub or soap and water this will eliminate the virus if it is on your hands.

One stormy night there was this girl her name was Tiara she was just walking then she slipped on this stick until she was going to get up. She reached her arms out to get up but then she felt this thing so she thought it was a stick the then she looked up and saw this big egg but she didn’t go to it yet because her Knees were bleeding but she had to get up because all of the birds were behind her trying to peek her then she grabbed the egg and rand to hide. Until a bird spotted her she got into a ball and  rolled. Screaming she got up and started running. Running her heart started pumping for help. She found a log. She slid into the log. The egg started shaking. Until it hatched there was slime all over her hand but she didn’t care but the dinosaur was making so much noise so she said:”shhhhhhhhh!

” but the crows heard her so the crows started pecking the log so then Tiara said to the dinosaur “ we are going to get caught but you run and i will distract them ok!” so then they got out and started running but the hungry thirsty crows flew to her and tried getting her but they missed. She started running and hid in this spiky bush. It was so spiky that she had to move all of the spiky parts then all of the crows went back to the dinosaur until Tiara yelled out”stop!” and all of the crows stopped and looked at her and said “look i'm over here come get me not the dinosaur just leave the dinosaur alone if you want the dinosaur you're gonna have to chase me first come on let’s go for a fly and me a run!” so then all of the crows start flying towards Tiara but they can’t get her because she was to fast but then the crows started getting angry so they went super fast until she looked back and saw the crows coming straight for her so she ducked but they kept flying so then Tiara went back to the dinosaur and saw the dinosaur sad. So then Tiara decided to go back to the crows and yelled and said “stop chasing us i know that you guys are thirsty for blood but there are some berries on that tree that have nice juice in them just leave us alone!” so then all of them made their crow noise. Tiara was happy so she ran back to the dinosaur and when she got there the dinosaur had disappeared so she kept looking around her to see if she could see him but the dinosaur was nowhere to be found. Tiara thought she would leave it because when it would grow up it would be a scary eating dinosaur so she just headed home.
